Expansion and full renovation of a beach house and construction of a new poolhouse

DCA renovated and expanded a 1970's beach house to create a bright and sunny, relaxing summer getaway The owners wanted a home that would allow several generations of their family to enjoy it at once, so DCA needed to create large open spaces to share while also creating a sense of intimacy in other areas of the house.​ A second phase of the project was to add a pool and poolhouse to complement the main house stylistically and to create a protected enclosed outdoor environment for the family.
