Addition and renovation of a Mid Century Modern ranch house

A modest ranch house was brightened and modernized, through a gut renovation and the addition of a large Lanai and a luxurious main bathroom suite. Ceilings were raised and windows enlarged throughout, to create a more open and airy atmosphere .

DCA worked closely with the interior designer to ensure that everything was perfectly integrated. As importantly, working with a local landscape designer was crucial to create a seamless connection with the lush gardens surrounding the house.
