​DCA’s boutique office specializes in residential architecture and interior design. Since 2020 Donald and his team have expanded into offering interior design and decorating services to compliment the architectural services he provides. Clients have the option to receive interior personalized interior design and decorating services including furniture, floor coverings, window treatments and other decorative elements. This allows clients the convenience of all services in one office. If decorating services are not required, DCA can provide a standard scope of architectural services, from schematic design and construction documents through bidding/negotiations and construction administration.
Donald Cantillo received a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and a Master of Urban Planning from New York University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the National Arts Club and a licensed architect in New York and Connecticut. Donald has a certificate in Historic Preservation Studies from the NYU School of Professional Studies.
​​​He studied at the Architectural Association in London for one year and interned for UN Studio in Amsterdam. He was a project architect for Alan Wanzenberg Architect and went on to become a project manager at Selldorf Architects, before opening his own office in 2005.
