DCA added a Family Room and Screen porch to this existing house and enlarged the Primary Bedroom . The front porch was re-built, and a new pool and patio was constructed. New windows and new contrasting trim on the exterior of the house, along with the additions, improved the “curb appeal” of the house. Upgrades to the interior such as new bay windows and better lighting increased the enjoyment of the home for its owners. The new roof brought in sustainable energy using integrated solar shingles.
