Apartment Renovation

This ”Classix Six” apartment in an Art Deco building on Central Park West had an almost perfect layout, and it was surrounded on 3 sides with beautiful natural light and views.

DCA stripped back a century of alterations to restore the elegant simplicity of the spaces and their details. The new owners needed a completely new kitchen and bathrooms , new HVAC system, and electrical upgrade.

The aim was to make a major overhaul look like it was simply a freshening up of all the original tiles, cabinetry, and fixtures.
