Conversion of a two-level, 4400-square-feet loft into commercial art gallery
A two-level, 4400-square-feet loft with a mezzanine in a classic Soho cast iron warehouse building from 1915 was converted into a commercial art gallery. TEAM Gallery, dealing in progressive contemporary art, required exhibition, video viewing, storage, and administrative spaces, as well as a guest apartment. The new rooms have excellent proportions for viewing art with state-of the art lighting and HVAC systems.
