House addition and renovation

This beach house needed an "outdoor living room" to allow the owners to enjoy their enlarged and improved new landscape. The classically inspired "pavilion" compliments the existing Neocolonial house and has a bright, airy and relaxed atmosphere inside. Its bell-cast roof gives it an elegant silhouette and allows the new structure to tuck onto the original house without effecting the existing fenestration. DCA also designed a new interior playroom, lounge, and an in-home gym.
